Pop-Up Greeting Card Online: Send a Card That Opens Like a Book and Gets a Video Reply

CardsPublished November 1, 2026 · 2 min read

A normal e-card is read and forgotten. An interactive pop-up card is opened, and the person who opens it can answer. When they tap your link, the card opens like a pop-up book, shows your message, and invites them to send a wish back.

How it works

1. Pick a card. Festival and occasion cards with scenes that pop open.
2. Write your message. Add names and your own words, in your language. Not sure what to say? Use Help me write.
3. Send the link. It opens on any phone with no app. They can send a video wish back.

Start here: the interactive greeting card maker. It is free to make.

Why a reply matters

A greeting is a small conversation. When your cousin abroad opens the card and sends back ten seconds of their face saying thank you, the greeting has done its job. That reply is also something you keep.

Good moments for a pop-up card

• Festivals such as Diwali, Eid and Dussehra
• Birthdays and anniversaries
• Weddings and new babies
• A thank you to a teacher
