Flipbook Video: A Plain Look, Four Templates and Eight Desk Colours
Flipbook video turns any clip into a flipbook flicked under a real thumb, with your video's own sound. You can now see what every choice looks like before you pick it, and there is a new Plain (as filmed) look that changes nothing in your video.
The new Plain look
Most looks redraw your video as a pencil sketch, a comic or a painting. Plain (as filmed) flips your video exactly as it is, in full colour, with no drawing or filter. It is the best choice when the footage is the star: a face, a place, a moment.
- Plain (as filmed): the whole picture, unchanged.
- Plain cut-out: only the person, cut out just as filmed, on a plain colour sheet with no drawing.
Four templates, each with its own hands
- Plum nails: warm hands on a light wooden desk.
- Peach nails: a soft sage desk.
- Coral nails: a pale mint desk.
- Studio: you choose the desk colour.
Eight desk colours for the Studio
Sage, lilac, sky, sand, blush, mint, slate and dusk. Each is shown as a small picture of the desk with a page on it, so you can see the colour before you choose. Lighter colours suit bright clips, and slate and dusk make a darker, moodier frame.
How to make one
- Open Create, go to the Flipbook tab and tap Flipbook video.
- Pick a clip. Every Template and Look now shows a sample picture.
- Choose Plain (as filmed) or any other look, then a template. For the Studio, pick a desk colour.
- Tap Make my video.
What it costs
